Some vintage batik I received to work on for the Batik Sarong Terengganu Project.
I think the one above is newer than the ones below which were acquired from workshops that have ceased operation due to slow business. So sad.
I especially like the detail on this piece.
Update: After meeting the batik makers in Terengganu we have found out that none of the batik
above is Batik Sarong Terengganu! Most are from defunct Kelantan workshops.
